How long do I have to make a return?

You can return any eligible item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The delivery date is based on the timestamp from the carrier’s tracking record. Return requests submitted after 30 calendar days cannot be accepted.

What items can be returned?

To qualify for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

  • General returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and inserts intact.
  • Quality issues or defects: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, it qualifies for return even if the packaging has been opened. We ask that you include a brief description of the issue and, if possible, attach clear photos when you contact us. This helps us process your return faster.

Are any items non-returnable?

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once their seal is broken, including but not limited to opened chemical containers and test kit reagents. Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

How do I start a return?

  1. Send an email to info@lesliespooll.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will respond with a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Pack the item securely, write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and drop it off at any staffed location of the carrier indicated on the label.

Return shipping costs and fees

Returns are completely free. We provide a prepaid return label, and we do not charge any restocking fees regardless of the reason for the return. There are no deductions from your refund for shipping or handling.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your return package is delivered to us, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days. When the return is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank or card statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.

What amount will be refunded?

Approved returns receive a full refund of the merchandise price plus any sales tax originally charged. Because all our orders ship for free, no outbound shipping costs are withheld.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not operate a direct exchange program. If you need a different size, model, or product, simply return the original item using the steps above and place a new order on our website. Your refund for the original item will be processed normally.
