Thank you for shopping with Leslies Pool Supply. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Where We Deliver

We ship orders to addresses within the contiguous United States (all 48 mainland states) and Canada (all provinces and territories). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes in Canada, or international destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1–2 business days, provided the items are in stock and payment has been successfully verified. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Estimates

After your package leaves our warehouse, you can expect the following transit times:

  • United States (mainland): 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days

Please remember that delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery dates may be affected by weather, customs clearance procedures for Canadian orders, or carrier service disruptions during peak holiday periods.

Shipping Carriers

We select the most appropriate carrier for your order based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Depending on these factors, your shipment may be assigned to one of the following services:

  • UPS® Ground or UPS Standard
  • FedEx Home Delivery® or FedEx Ground
  • USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class Package Service

The carrier is chosen at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery available for your location.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and we do not add handling fees, fuel surcharges, or oversized package fees at checkout.

Packaging

All items are packed securely in plain corrugated boxes with appropriate internal cushioning. Liquid products or pool chemicals are sealed in leak-resistant bags and clearly labeled. If a package arrives with visible external damage, please note the condition with the delivery carrier before accepting it, and contact us immediately.

Tracking Information

Every shipment includes full door-to-door tracking. Once your order ships, the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal will be sent to the email address you provided. You can also view tracking details by logging into your account on our site.

Canadian Shipments

For orders shipped to Canada, the recipient acts as the importer of record. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency are the customer’s responsibility and are due upon delivery. We have no ability to estimate these charges in advance and recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

Issues with Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. Should the tracking show no new scans for more than three business days past the delivery estimate, email info@lesliespooll.it.com with your order number so we can open a carrier investigation.
